Steve recently joined the Smart Choice Realty Corp team bringing a diverse knowledge of real estate purchasing, property maintenance and management. After years of investing in personal rental and investment homes on a part-time basis, Steve began working full time for a property management company in Gainesville. His experience gained from his previous ventures gave him the first-hand-knowledge edge in the property maintenance. Not to be satisfied with his current available option, he decided to further his housing career by becoming a licensed REALTOR®. It was an easy choice for him to decide on joining the Smart Choice team from his wife who is already a part of the team as a REALTOR® and office manager.
