Helen Robb - REALTOR®, Office Manager

Helen’s entry in to residential real estate came about while buying and rehabbing homes to resell in Georgia. Helen and her husband bought and renovated over a dozen homes prior to their retirement from Bell South and relocation back to Gainesville, which is Helen’s hometown. 
 
She began her real estate career in this area as an assistant to a local real estate appraiser. In 2002, Helen earned the designation of Real Estate Professional Assistant, a designation certified by the National Association of REALTORS®. She then decided to further her real estate career in 2003 by becoming a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and was also the relocation director at a major real estate company here in Gainesville. 
 
Currently, Helen has found the perfect blend for her administrative and marketing talents as the office manager at Smart Choice Realty Corp. 

Steve Robb REALTOR®, Buyer Counselor

Steve joined the Smart Choice Realty Corp team bringing a diverse knowledge of real estate purchasing, property maintenance and management.

After years of investing in personal rental and investment homes on a part-time basis, Steve began working full time for a property management company in Gainesville. His experience gained from his previous ventures gave him the first-hand-knowledge edge in the property maintenance.

Not to be satisfied with his current available option, he decided to further his housing career by becoming a licensed REALTOR®. It was an easy choice for him to decide on joining the Smart Choice team from his wife who is already a part of the team as a REALTOR® and office manager.

Ruth Davis REALTOR®, Buyer Counselor

Ruth Davis is the newest member of the Smart Choice Realty Corp team.  Licensed  earlier this year, Ruth brings with her a wealth of mortgage loan knowledge that is immeasurable to the customers she assists as a buyers agent. Recommending a lending institution with a loan program that fits the needs of the buyer and the requirements of the property helps ease buyer stress and helps speed up the buying process.

There are some buyers who are not aware that there are local and state down payment assistant programs (SHIP and Bond) that are available. From FHA, FHA 203K, VA, to conventional loans, Ruth can assist with her assessment of the right loan and/or assistance program for you.  

Ruth is also very familiar with Gainesville area neighborhoods and the value of those homes as she has worked in the mortgage industry as a processing manager and loan officer now for over ten years in the Gainesville area and for more than eight years prior in the Washington DC area.
